Fourth Summer Club Handicap 2010

The Fourth handicap of 2010 will be held at the Blacks Head Inn in Bletchingdon on Thursday 19th August. Please arrive by 18:50 so the event can be explained in time for a prompt start. It is vitaly important you let Gary or Edwina know you are attending by Monday 16th August. As always the cost to you is only £5. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Third Summer Club Handicap 2010

The Third handicap of 2010 will be held at the Fox Inn in Souldern on Thursday 22nd July. Please arrive by 18:50 so the event can be explained in time for a prompt start. We have booked a hot meal for this event therefore it is vitaly important you let Gary or Edwina know you are attending by Monday 19th July. As always the cost to you is only £5. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

End of this years road race season party. This will take place on Friday 19th November at Trininty in Bicester. More details to follow.

First Summer Club Handicap 2010

The first of our traditional summer handicaps is taking place on Thurs 20th May at 7pm. The evening will take place from The White Lion Pub in Steeple Aston and will end there with food. Please arrive at 6.50pm for a prompt start. If you are new to these events they replace Thurs club night for every third Thurs of the month up untill August. The venues change each time with friends and family welcome. We normally run a 4 mile course with a fun element added. The cost of the evening is £5 per person which includes food and entry to our now world famous Alchester raffle. If you intend to take part please let Kate Hutchings know by Monday 17th May . k8hutchings@yahoo.co.uk 

Please be sure of your intentions as numbers will have to be confirmed and you will be asked to pay even if you do not come.

Summer Party 2010

The Summer Party will be taking place at Bicester Football Club on Saturday 5th June (after Otmoor) from 7pm onwards.

The evening will include, a bar-b-q, bouncy castle, plenty of fun and games and presentation of the Cross-Country / Multi-Terrain Club Championship awards.

Open to all friends and family of Alchester Running Club members including children.

Cost is £10 per person (no charge for children under 16).

Tickets can be purchased from Gary or Edwina.
